Evan Stewart is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and venture consultant with a knack for growing people-oriented, profit-rich organizations. A firm believer in leaving individuals and companies better than they were found, his mission is simple: to create a world in which people are inspired by their potential, motivated by their progress, and fulfilled through their life’s work.
His adventurous spirit is fed through rock climbing, hiking, and exploring remote parts of the world. When he is not in the Rocky Mountains or leading his companies, Evan is often found speaking at various events, or in the studio as a podcast guest to shows around the world. Evan was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where he currently resides with his wife, Brittany, and dog, Owen.
In this episode, Evan & Archie talk about how great conversations can be born simply by getting two like minded individuals together who are eager and willing to be present in that moment. They discuss when and how obsession can be a good thing and how easy it is to break down success when you can break down the pattern of consistency that you need to follow to get there. Evan also talks about how people can sometimes get stuck in their emotions and feelings, which ultimately prevent them from taking the action to move forward toward the things they want to achieve.

Dan Mason, of the Life Amplified podcast, joins Archie for Episode #007 of What a Feeling! Dan had an incredibly successful carrier in radio and from the outside looking in, he had “made it.” But inside Dan knew there had to be more to this thing called life, and happiness, and “success”. So he walked away from what the world considers “success” to find true happiness and fulfillment.
Today Dan hosts the wildly successful podcast, Life Amplified, and is America’s #1 career & life reinvention coach. He helps “unfulfilled high performers trade the corporate world for their true calling— so they can create a career and life with more impact, income, and happiness.”

Today, Arlina Allen is a Life & Recovery Coach, the founder of Sober Life School, and host of the award-winning recovery podcast "The One Day At A Time Podcast". But life did not begin so rosy for Arlina as she experienced trauma at a very early age. Much of her early quest to be noticed and loved helped feed her search for love and acceptance later in life through alcohol & drugs.
Arlina & Archie, who both began their recovery journey in a 12-Step program, talk openly about their experiences in Alcoholics Anonymous and how waiting until someone has completely crashed and burned might not be best option for all people. Arlina also shares about what it was like leaving her job in corporate America to truly live her life’s purpose – one that has her living today in 100% alignment with her values.

In Episode 3 Archie catches up with women’s tackle football Hall of Fame inductee Monica D. Livingston. Monica is a lifelong athlete who late in life found herself as an all-star running back for the winningest team in the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA), the DC Divas. Today she is an educator, business owner, and a professional speaker who has presented for organizations like the NBA, NFL, MLB, FedEx, and the YMCA.
Our conversation ranges from the recent inequities at the NCAA Women’s Basketball tournament, what it was like growing up as a black, female in sports, how she found herself playing women’s professional tackle football, and how she chose that a career ending injury on the football field would end her career on her terms. Monica is as authentic as they come and uses every bit of adversity in her life to today help coach others in theirs.

Eric Skwarczynski, host and creator of the Preacher Boys podcast, has been standing up to those in the IFB (Independent Fundamental Baptist) Church who want to silence the voices of survivors of mental, physical, and sexual abuse since he was a teenager. At a young age, he was faced with the question, “Do I stand up for what I know is right and ask the tough questions or do I just go with the flow and not rock the boat?” Eric, rightfully so, chose to rock the boat and has been doing it ever since.
In this episode we talk through what life was like growing up in the IFB, how he managed the multitude of feelings he faced during a pivotal moment in his young life, how he’s made peace with his beliefs and the church, and how he takes care of himself as he provides space for survivors of trauma to share their stories with the world.
