Today on Perry and Shawna Mornings a conversation that will deep our understanding and appreciate for the gift of the Holy Spirit.  First living this new life in Jesus by just trying harder is like having a car filled up with gas for a great road trip and thinking we have to get out and push it.  Yet that’s life in Jesus apart from relying on the Holy Spirit.  Then Perry shares about a time in his life when he always lost his battles with sin.  He didn’t know how to walk in the Spirit.  We get an assist from Dr. Tony Evans, pastor of Oakcliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas.  Then Shawna shows us how the Holy Spirit assures us that we belong to the Father and how His presence in us now is a guarantee of a life that stretches on forever!  And finally Perry shares show he was able to say “no” to sin and “yes” to God on Sunday night only because of the Holy Spirit in him.  Share this!
