The last Classic timeline platformer for a long time is also often thought of as a game ruined by its difficulty.  ...Maybe I need to re-evaluate how good I think I am at these games, or maybe I've just retained this game in memory better than I thought.

That's right, it's an arcade sort of fighting but not really fighting game, but really it's a boss rush game.  Or rather, two of them.  Or rather, like, four of them, actually.  Might as well do it all in one fell swoop.

I remember, at the time, the change from NES to modern times for the classic series being a scary proposition.  Doesn't mean it has to be bad.  Some may disagree.  I am not 'some'.

Pretty sure this was the X game I played the most as a kid because it was the one I actually owned at the time.  Time to see if it holds up to the original or not!
