One of the very last titles for the NES and our last stop on the system, featuring possibly the most confusing Robot Master to date.

Once again, Capcom beat Nintendo to the punch in putting a mascot into a different kind of game.  This time, soccer.  Once again, I had to suffer through it.

It's back to the Game Boy to cover more attempts to translate the Mega Man experience to a portable format, but this time the games are going to go in a bit of a different direction strategically.  And also none of them have literally bugged sound data.

Ten episodes in!  ...Well, eleven if we count the bonus.  Anyway, let's celebrate by getting our butts off the NES and onto something a little more powerful with another of the games often considered the greatest in the series, with my first episode that ended up going over an hour long.

Did you know I once considered doing a Mega Man podcast instead of the Immaterial And Missing Podcast?  Anyway, I bring that up because I figured I'd do a bonus episode featuring a Mega Man inspired Touhou fangame!  I don't do bonus episodes enough, mostly cause it takes A Lot Of Time to do them,

It's time for our first Mega Man title that never left Japan, and it's... a board game?  Well, a video game of a board game, but still.  How the hell did this happen?

Once again, we wash the taste of the DOS ports out of our mouths by returning to the main series, with my old childhood favourite.  Does it hold up though, or was I just remembering it better than it is?

Oh No 2--or, I guess, Oh No 3?  What Happened to 2?  Why did Capcom allow this to happen twice?  Why did I do this to myself twice?  All those questions and more will be answered today, for better or worse.

The thing about playing every Mega Man game is sometimes it means revisiting old ground for different releases.  This time we're retreading some old stages and seeing some old faces, but on a new platform - and with a lot of unexpected surprises in store.
