On this episode, we are following up on our goals. Setting your goals is like planting seeds of success. Each goal you write down is a step closer to achieving your dreams. Make sure you embrace the journey, stay focused, watch your hard work and dedication blossom into accomplishments. Remember, every small step counts, and with determination and perseverance, you'll turn your goals into reality.

This episode, we reflect on the previous week, our commitments, and running on island time. Kim shares a time that she didn’t show up to something she committed to and her reason why. Although it was valid, it didn’t make it right to break her commitment. There are many things we can look back on and see how we may have not kept our word. However, we firmly believe that we MUST take note of that and change it. Do not allow your “valid reasons” or feelings keep you from following through with your word. We share an example of this with the promise we made to our children and how we still showed up in keeping it. Commitment is doing what you said you would, long after the mood you said it in has left.

As Kim’s body continues to grow our nephew, we are looking forward to how we will serve our sister in postpartum. After having children, we know what it is like to go through the baby blues and postpartum feelings.

Should children have phones? Should they have unlimited access to the internet? We share a bit of our thoughts and share some experiences we had with social media growing up.
