We hear the phrase "It's OK to not be OK" fairly frequently these days, but for those of us who have been through childhood trauma or are suffering from PTSD...sometimes we need the reminder that it's also "OK to be OK." Jacki got that message from a friend (and former guest!) the other day and kept thinking about it so much that she wanted to pass this message along to y'all too!
