When a woman is in labor the doctor or midwife never fails to encourage the woman to BREATHE! no matter the amount of pain she is in they stress that, because they know that the baby she is carrying needs oxygen. And sometimes we need to be reminded to breathe and de-clutter ourselves and our souls and allow our thoughts and our minds to flow with the proper amount of oxygen. We rarely remember to stop and take a deep breath or to even stop and catch our breath, but ITS NECESSARY!!! because the purpose and the plans we carry they need oxygen, our creativity needs oxygen, and in order to fight off anxiety our minds need oxygen; aswell as space to breathe, thats why i say we have to de-clutter & stop holding so much stress, frustration and worry in. Stress is so toxic, and i would give scientific facts, i just dont have them all yet lol, but really holding in stress is holding in tension and tension brings disease, discomfort and ALOT of pain ( ask my shoulders) but when we breathe we release and free ourselves. So, yes keep pushing, grinding and all that just remember to BREATHE while you do it.
