Letting go is hard and change is difficult BUT its soooo necessary because sometimes the things that we are holding on to so tightly are the very things that hurt us more..so I'm challenging you in your New Year to LET GO even of the hard things and allow God to become your everything!

Take advantage of the good days! dont waste it, bad days will always be here, so when its good TAKE IT...and never let it go. Look for the good in everyday, then GRAB IT !!!!! 

The ugly beautiful truth is......Ain't nobody perfect; BUT our flaws DONT exclude us from Love or from being loved. So, why not pour compassion over our complexities?! we may have some things about us that we consider too ugly to be accepted; thank God that, that's a lie. Truth is whoever we are today, wherever we may be emotionally, economically, or physically we are enough and deserving of LOVE, the kind of love that sets the heart free.

in this episode KIne' discusses how we allow comparison to steal our congratulations, and reminds us to take our eyes off of the stigmas, statistics and stats and to really zone in on our own personal victories; not measuring them with unrealistic expectations but patting ourselves on the back for the wars we all fight daily, and for the ways we overcome daily!
