“Self worth is what we think feel and believe about ourselves.”
Today is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it! Today is another opportunity to be great in what He has called us to do. In Part Two of this series, Dr.Thomas speaks emphatically on knowing who we are in Christ. It’s the vital foundation we need in order to walk in the purpose that God has for our life. Satans job is to blind, destroy, or delay our calling from God through sin an evil spirits. Spend intentional time studying and reflecting on who God has truly called you to be.
⁃ 2:25. Don’t put your trust in the day but rather who made the day. That mindset can change our mind on how we encounter problems throughout the day.
⁃ 5:08. How do you sustain your life in Christ?
⁃ 8:20. Do not focus on circumstances! Immerse yourself in doing Gods work. We all have the urge to operate in a “victim”mentality, but we must fight that with prayer supplemented with actions in purpose.
⁃ 11:50. Walk in your flow state of your life. Flow state is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement
⁃ 18:43. Mathew 5:13-14 tells us we are the salt of the earth and the light of the world. It also tells us we can lose our flavor and not stand out. Which side we stand on depends on our choice to operate with or without him.
⁃ 25:22. Operate in the spirit of God allowing yourself to be able to do his will for you! Don’t fixate your mind watching others actions, which does nothing but take away from your calling. Stay focused!
Seven Takeaways
1. Identify and challenge your negative self beliefs.
2. Identify the positives about you.
3. Build positive relationships, not negative ones.
4. Give yourself a break.
5. Become more assertive and learn to say no.

7. Take on the challenges!
