In this episode the guys discuss what options the Mavs possess now that they know they will have the 10th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft. The main options they discuss are trading the pick for a veteran player, trading back in the draft for a later pick with the hope of shedding salary or getting assets in the process, or of course selecting a player at 10. They weigh the pros and cons of each approach. As it stands, there is very little clarity on the prospects the Mavs are interested in or the types of players they could acquire should they make their pick available for trade. It will be a fascinating month leading up to the draft on June 23rd.
