As preceptors, sometimes one of the hardest things we do is give feedback. What about when we receive it? Listen to learn how to engage students in ways that result in meaningful feedback you can use to improve your teaching. You're putting in the work. This week I’m speaking with Nick Cox – a faculty member and preceptor in an ambulatory care setting – on the topic of feedback – how to invite it, how to prepare to receive it, and what to do with it when you like it – or not.
