In the second part of our discussion with Nick, we talk about what he used for nutrition during his 88km Ultra race. Nick tells us some very surprising things that he ate during the run and what he tells us was very interesting. We talk about what Coca-Cola did for Nick and how he feels about it. Nick tells our listeners a very compelling story about everything that happened to him during his 88Km ultra race, good and bad. Steep Mountain aptly named is one of the big challenges and Nick takes all of them on. After a mental rest, Nick goes back out and destroys the course and finishes very strong. We know Nick has many more Ultra runs left to run and we can't wait to hear more, go get 'em Nick.
