Josh & Blu are back! Well, sans Blu's appendix! As much as they'd love to blame last week's missed show on his appendix it was really because his computer decided to take a vacation to Park City without him.

Either way, the guys are talking about the one fatal trait that most runners have when it comes to injuries ... IGNORING IT! There were plenty of signs of Blu's menacing appendix, but did he heed them? Of course not! RUNNERS ARE TOUGH!
