If the last few years have taught us anything, it's that we're all walking around with layers of grief we aren't processing. We've lost loved ones in the pandemic. We've lost friends to the changes in our culture. We've lost ... you fill in the blank.

And as Christians, we're never really taught what to do with our grief. Most of us are taught to just give it to Jesus and move on. But is that healthy? Is that biblical?

This week we look at the tension between wallowing in our grief and simply moving past it while seeing how Jesus processed losing his own loved ones.
