Lately, one of the biggest things God has been teaching me is how to love myself for who He created me to be, especially during seasons when life makes me feel less beautiful. Whether it's comparison, disappointment, insecurity, changes in life, or the things people say and do, there are so many moments that can make us question our worth. It's easy to allow those experiences to become evidence against us, convincing us that we are somehow less valuable, less desirable, or less enough. But God has been showing me that my worth was never meant to rise and fall with my circumstances, appearance, or the opinions of others.
In this episode, we talk about what happens when the things we walk through begin to shape the way we see ourselves. We discuss the struggle of attaching our value to our appearance, our accomplishments, relationships, or seasons of life that leave us feeling unseen. This season has been about learning that feeling less beautiful does not mean we are less worthy, and that God’s view of us remains unchanged even when our confidence wavers. If you've been carrying the weight of comparison, insecurity, or circumstances that have made you question your value, this conversation is a reminder that your worth was never meant to be determined by what happens to you, but by the One who created you.
