This is a continuation of the conversations with Lisa Pachence, Audrey Holst, and Patty Block.
Here are a few things that caught my attention I pulled out of the conversation today:
Success is in a "we" and not in an "I."
Trauma-informed leadership.
The difference between feedback and validation.
Regarding feedback: Don't be nice. Be honest.
Our messaging is never done. You never "get it." It's never right on spot. Our message is meant to evolve. It evolves as we do as humans and business owners.
Trust in the feedback can lead to collaboration.
We were never taught how to receive feedback.
What does collaboration mean? What does it look like?
And what about collaborations between more than two people?

If you're a regular listener here, you know about once a month I present a themed conversation with the Women in Strong Leadership Lisa Pachence, Audrey Holst, and Patty Block. Those insightful and valuable conversations can be found on this channel, What Has My Attention.
Our last conversation together and published episode was in June 2022, episode 49 titled "How to Pioneer in Business feat. Audrey Holst, Lisa Pachence, and Patty Block.
We have more episodes in the can to be released, which you can look forward to hearing soon.
Before the four of us started our series, Patty and I first had a conversation which you can hear in episode 36. The episode was titled "Beating The Broken Cookie Effect(™): Price for Value and Stop Settling for Crumbs" where Patty shared her business story. The link to the episode is here https://www.whathasmyattention.com/36
Patty offered to help me with my business story and we decided to record it as an episode here. I hope you find it as valuable for yourself as I have for myself.
So let's start first with Patty telling her business story.

This episode, "Kristi Mitchell has a Simple Strategy for Marketing" was recorded on May 6th, 2022.
I've attended several of Kristi's Marketing Master Classes and I've always been amazed by how intelligible, lucid, straightforward, uncomplicated, and understandable Kristi makes marketing.
I really appreciate that and thought you might too. If after this episode you want to hear more from Kristi, I've included a link in the show notes to an episode I did with her in February 2022 on our Imagine Podcasting show, episode 3 titled, "How To Create Strategic Marketing Order from Chaos."

Recorded February 11, 2022, my conversation on this topic with Sarah Fejfar has been sitting in the can until a time when I was moved by timing to release it. That time is now.
TopicsHow attending one event changed the trajectory of Sarah's life and caused her to dive deep into personal development and entrepreneurship so she could lead by example amongst her family and friends.
How scaling a business with events allows women to step into a bigger leadership role within their communities
How events deepen the intimacy you have with your community and can help you reach more dream clients, build loyalty, make easier high-ticket sales
Make sure you stay to the end and consider taking Sarah's "Friendly Friday Reminder Challenge."
Sarah's Friendly Friday ReminderThis weekend be intentional with your community and/or with your family and friends just like you would in an event setting. Plan for magical and memorable moments to happen. When you do, it's never disappointing.
