We've all been there, you have a crazy fun weekend, maybe even take a road trip, and Monday morning comes and you have the Monday blues and you are not prepared for the week. You get to the office, open your computer and stare at it wondering what you are supposed to be doing. You forget your lunch, haven't even looked at your calendar to see what you have for the day. You start scrolling Instagram and the next thing you know 45 minutes have gone by. Oh, and you are tired! Well, this way of life is not setting you up for a successful week! Just like you start your day with a morning routine, you need to start your week with a Sunday routine. I have found when I am intentional with my time on Sundays preparing for the week, I am much happier and more productive.
