Requests: I'm asking for a hearing to present my case and evidence to dismiss!

Prima fascia - this is a meritless, baseless, frivolous and frankly malicious case based on absolutely no evidence I committed a crime; nor did my veteran witness friend, who I'm asking the courts to consider EXPERT witness testimony, based on fact he has experience carrying out approximately 100 criminal investigations himself.

Announcements: I'm pressing charges against six individuals that two women who maliciously reported me to authorities half dozen times until they swatted me!

Questions for judge Wilson: why didn't you dismiss the case when you saw that detective noon and p a c c officer Leyva-Canez literally tortured my birds at Pima County fairgrounds in order to take more incriminating photos to convict and imprison me, 2 weeks after the raid? Detective noon and Clarissa wrote in their reports that they uploaded the photographs on September 14th - - they should be arrested immediately! Why aren't you protecting the animals, judge Wilson? I thought this system was supposed to protect the animals? But according to all the evidence they have done the opposite they have tortured and brutalized and put down two of my animals, just to try to convict me! That is cruelty and I am pressing charges against them all, 6 individuals I'm pressing 175 + counts of animal cruelty ARS 132910 because the animals can't speak for themselves can they!

Judge wilson, why didn't you throw out this case when you saw they maliciously had me involuntarily committed, or tried to? Why did you sweep these things under the rug why did you allow the prosecution to continue prosecuting me when there are such blatant evidence that their intentions are malicious?

Judge wilson, why didn't you throw out the case when you saw that p a c c officer Leyva-Canez and detective Ted noon #7977 tempered with evidence, falsifying the times of our arrest by many hours, in order to give the impression my veteran friend and I have been given due process, and had taken part in an inspection and walk through?

I'm asking judge Wilson to drop the charges, and instead go after the real criminals in this case, six individuals who all falsely reported us, wasted approximately a quarter million dollars in taxpayer money to wrongfully arrest and sieze animals that were perfectly healthy?

Why isn't the Court's respecting my side of the story, when I'm the only one here who hasn't been lying and caught lying? Prosecution has no case they have no evidence, they've been caught tampering with evidence, now it's all over social media and I'm sending it out to the press, because the public should know what horrific misconduct is being carried out with their taxpayer money!

I'm requesting that the courts, after dropping these charges, open and investigation into this investigation, like we've been calling for since the day it happened; I'm asking that the courts order these people to reimburse Pima taxpayers for the enormous expense of involving 50 or so officers to carry out such a disgraceful, botched investigation that ultimately tortured 175 + animals, totally unnecessarily. In fact, if you - your honor and the courts & law enforcement were truly interested in these animals welfare? You would swiftly arrest them all, charge them all and remove them so they can no longer abuse their positions of power.
