Inspired by the "behind the highlight reel" IG trend, I recorded this ep. in which I share a few things I'm currently moving through/working on, in the hopes that, if you relate in some which way, you know you're not alone, and also to be super crystal clear that, though I do believe I've learnt a lot that has been of value to myself and those I've coached, I see myself as an everlasting student in this thing called life. As Einstein said, "The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't know."
