Ashley also shared her philosophy on personal growth and development, emphasizing the value of having a coach and being in sacred containers to take one's life to the next level. She described her recent expansion day and how it helped her reconnect with her values and why behind what she does. As a result, she was able to update her website and coaching offerings, which now include pages for each of her four offerings. Ashley's practical advice can help individuals create the space and time to up-level their lives and expand their horizons.
