We dove into bioenergetic cooking for this week's episode of the Weekend Wellness Hour Show. Our guest, Kimberly Knox, is a Certified Integrative Health & Hormone Coach, Organic Bioenergetic Chef and Speaker, who is passionate about reconnecting people to locally sourced, organic food and growing their confidence in the kitchen to ultimately achieve lifelong health empowerment.
Kimberly shares her history of being poorly nourished that left her with low energy levels and a lack of zest for life. She has been a student of natural health and traditional healing methods for over 25 years but realized she needed to learn more.
She pursued her coaching certification with the world-renowned Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City along with an advanced certification in hormone health. From there, she began studying how to improve energy through the food we eat.
Kimberly developed the bioenergetic cooking method based on the 4 steps for increasing energy, which she mentions in the interview. She gives us some helpful tips and a live demonstration on one of her yummy recipes!
Kimberly is also the co-host of the Health Planet 1 Radio Show which is broadcast nationally and internationally to offer health tips to offer listeners.
