This was not an episode that we had planned on making.
We felt it was urgent to speak out against injustice, prompted by the death of George Floyd in Minnesota on 25th May.
However, we do completely understand that we are 3 privileged white people from middle-class West Berkshire and we don't for a second take that for granted. We wanted to use our position and this platform to talk about black influential figures that are meaningful to us.
We strongly urge you to check out their work and to support black people, friends, family, artists, and businesses.
Now is the time to act, if you're unsure on how to do so, below are some brilliant charities and resources that will enable you to actively make a change, they will explain it far better than we will.
We hope you enjoy this episode, please, please do your part and don't be complacent.
