My exit strategy was kind of simple... I got downsized from my day job. That kind of forced my hand as far as transitioning from full-time day job to full-time voice over job. However, not everybody needs to go about it in quite as extreme of fashion as I did! :)
In this weeks episode I talk about making that transition from full-time employee to full-time voice actor and some of the things you're going to want to consider before you make your decision.
