Algorithms run our experience of all social media, phone games, youtube and internet by Google, Facebook etc inspecting what we visit and look at, working out what we and our friends are interested in and then showing us more of it, so a curiosity can soon turn into being bombarded with like topics until all of a sudden it is showing up everywhere.
