You have to have an X-Factor to stand out from your competition. I was recently coaching a realtor who didn’t understand why he wasn’t getting any traction on social media. I pulled up his posts and they look exactly like every other realtor out there. He posted houses he was selling, pictures of him and the buyer in front of his “sold” sign and really just looked like everyone else.   I said, what is your X-Factor? Why would anyone use you over the next person? He never really thought about that, but realized he must come up with one to stand out. You can’t be like everyone else and win!
