I personally can understand how that can become a self-fulfilling cycle on many levels, but this episode is focusing on just one: Procrastination
We find so many little “fixes” to create more ease with what we’ve accepted as “personality quirks” or “bad habits”. What if we decided to look at what is beneath it and what drives those behaviors or patterns.
Would that self-awareness create understanding and more space for change, not just management?
