Today we had the pleasure of meeting Holly Krack, a holistic health and embodiment coach. She is dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journeys through integrating the mind, body and spirit. She specializes in helping clients who use food or substances to cope with discomfort. 

In this episode we talk about the importance of reconnecting with your inner child, feeling and working through emotions in the body and learning to surrender to the unknown. She also shares how self love was the catalyst to embracing her authentic expression and how it taught her to live by her heart, rather than her head.
