Joining us on the podcast today is Daniel Perry a First Officer at Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA).

Daniel was the First Officer on Nationwide Flight 723 when on the 7th of November 2007 off RWY 01 out of Cape Town the Boeing 737-200 experienced an Engine Separation on take-off leading to a fuel leak and a loss of the aircraft hydraulics systems.
