Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee's done some good things for Second Amendment supporters, including signing constitutional carry into law. But as Cam explains, the governor's call for a special session to pass a "temporary mental health restraining order" bill is off-base and out of step with both public safety and our fundamental civil rights.
