This week we're talking soulmates. Are they really a thing, how do you even know, and can you have more than one? Miranda was inspired by a new reality show on Netflix which led to today's discussion. The end result, neither one of us are really sure if soulmates are real so we're just going to say IT DEPENDS. 

This week we're talking about figuring out a balance between a healthy lifestyle but also living your life and enjoying the things you want to. We definitely have not mastered this but we're working on making small attainable goals to get to where we want to be. We hope you join us :)

School and work got  a little crazy but we are finally back after a few weeks off! Join us as we do a little bit of catching up and discuss the topic of the week - making excuses. This week we're talking gaslighting. What it is, why people do it, and how to confront someone that's doing this to you. We've all been there and there is nothing worse than someone manipulating you and trying to make you feel crazy. 

This week we're talking imposter syndrome and the best ways to navigate through that weird feeling that arises when you doubt yourself. And in typical Miranda and Randie fashion, we go off on a few tangents and reflect on our childhood. Remember, if all else fails then fake it till you make it!!

After a little break to celebrate the holiday's and spend some time with our loves one's we are back and talking about 2022. This year we're focusing on not doubting ourselves and taking the time to take care of us! 2021 was a rough year for a lot of people and we're just hoping that 2022 is better. 

We're talkin red flags baby (and green ones), but mainly we're focusing on things in relationships and friendships that are the biggest red flags for us.
