To find out if you qualify for/have Pell grants log into  https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/sign-in

Borrowers can go to StudentAid.gov and provide an email address to be notified when the application for debt forgiveness goes live.

Script for calling your loan service provider to look into refunds on loan payments that were made during the freeze: “Hi, my name is _________ and I am eligible for a student loan payment refund due to the CARES Act. I’d like my payments made from X date to X date refunded. Can you please help me with this? What other information do you need?”
