  • The Hows and Whys of Operating in the Private, with Common-Law Trust Solutions

In this episode, I speak with Dave, from Common Law Trust Solutions (CLTS), about what it means to operate in the private, the benefits of doing so, and some of the pitfalls involved.

We also talk about the “secured party creditor” process, its legal underpinnings, the pros and cons of going that route. Mostly though, we discuss the common-law trust, why it is important, and how to use it.

CLTS has been assisting those who want to operate in the private, to set up trusts to facilitate this, for many years. The company (itself a private-based organization) also offers members education and ongoing support, something that is rare in this space. And in this episode, Dave talks about their latest innovation: An AI platform that enables members to research questions regarding common law, or the operation of their common-law trust. (Full disclosure: I have an affiliate relationship with Common Law Trust Solutions.)

    You can find CLTS here.

  • What's So Great About Lent? A Conversation With Domenic Scarcella

For Domenic Scarcella, Lent is about “filling up, not giving up.” We talk here about what that means, about how technology makes it harder to have the spaces in our lives where we can experience the divine, and what we can do about it.

We also discuss the meaning of “faith”, and address the question: “Do the means perhaps justify the ends?”

We even grumble a little about “kids these days.”

You can find Domenic’s writing and discussions on his Substack.

His book—which I highly recommend—is “Good Neighbor, Bad Citizen.”

Here is the video of our conversation:

  • "Figure Out Where You DO Have Power" — A Conversation with the Tenth Amendment Center's Mike Maharrey

I speak again with Mike Maharrey, National Communications Director for the Tenth Amendment Center.

In a world where it often seems that politicians and government agents are free to violate our rights with no consequences to themselves, I ask Mike whether he thinks we have any power at all to protect those rights.

We talk about the Constitutional right of states to refuse to cooperate with Federal law; examples of localities doing just that; strategies the 10th Amendment Center is working on; how he thinks the recently enacted Federal restrictions on hemp products will play out; and most importantly... building local community.

The Tenth Amendment Center is here, and the State of the Nullification Movement is here.

“Money Metals”, for which Mike is an analyst and reporter, is here.

  • Dr. Jessica Rose, on the paper that could—or could not?—bring down the Covid vax makers

A little over a week ago, I spoke with Kevin McKernan about the paper he co-authored with Jessica Rose and David Speicher, looking at DNA contamination, including SV40 promoter-enhancer sequences, in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid vaccines. In that episode, I asked Kevin whether the paper is enough to demonstrate fraud on the part of the vaccine manufacturers. This is important, because if fraud can be shown, these companies lose their protection from legal liability.

In this episode, I speak with Dr. Jessica Rose about the paper. She explains what is needed to prove fraud, and why that is challenging, but also explains why there is a strong case for it. We also talk about the corrupt nature of the justice system, her own calculation of VAERS underreporting, and the preprint by Kevin McKernan that had just come out, showing “Hyperstimulatory N⁶-methyladenine (m6A) in residual SV40 plasmid DNA in mRNA vaccines“—and possibly more evidence of fraud.

We also talk a little about the meaning of life, and Jessica’s cat shows up near the end.

    Again, the paper is here.

Jessica’s lay-person write-up of the paper is here.

You can find Jessica on Substack, and on X.

I spoke with Jessica back in May, about self-amplifying RNA.

And my episode with Kevin, about the DNA contamination, is here.

  • Could this Paper Bring Down Pfizer?

You've probably heard about the paper by David Speicher, Kevin McKernan and Jessica Rose, on the DNA contamination in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines. In this episode, I speak with Kevin McKernan about the paper, including the legal implications: Does it demonstrate fraud on the part of the manufacturers? It's kind of a big deal if it does, because that would void their liability protection provided by the PREP Act.

...which is why the paper is coming under serious attack. We talk about that too.

I also ask Kevin if he thinks we are witnessing the collapse of "fiat science." And he's got a lot to say about that—including some practical ideas for building parallel systems for research and publication.

I've spoken with Kevin about this in previous episodes, which you can find here, here, and here.

You can read the paper here—I recommend downloading it, just in case.

And co-author Jessica Rose did a great lay-person translation, which you can find here.

Kevin's Substack—where he goes into more detail on the "PubSmear" attack—is here, and you can also find him on X.

  • Does this Study Disprove an MMR-Autism Link?

In 2019, a study from Denmark by Hviid, et al, purported to demonstrate that there was no link between the MMR vaccine and autism, even among genetically susceptible populations.

The study was strongly critiqued at the time, and now, journalist Jeremy R. Hammond, along with Dr. Brian Hooker and Dr. Jeet Varia, has published a paper that addresses the serious flaws in Hviid et al, in the Journal of Biotechnology and Biomedicine.

I talk with Jeremy about Hviid et al, and about his own paper, and about the state of research into the connection between vaccines and autism more broadly.

  • Holding Doctors & Nurses Accountable for Medical Murder: There's an App for That!

Rebecca Charles' daughter Danielle had a slight cough, fever and pulse-ox reading of 88 when she walked into the hospital on August 27th, 2021. Hospital staff then spent 40 days administering hospital protocols that Rebecca says resulted in her death, at 28 years of age.Danielle had special needs, and had had someone with her at all times during her life. In the hospital, she was isolated, forcibly restrained, deprived of food, and prohibited from seeing her mother. Rebecca has filed a malpractice and negligence suit against the hospital staff, in Nassau Supreme Court, NY, and we discuss that in this episode. (She was unable to file a wrongful death suit because the deadline for doing so had expired.) You can read her summons and complaint, here. You can support Rebecca's legal battle here.We also talk about Rebecca's bigger mission: To hold accountable all medical practitioners who were - and are - complicit in the wrongful deaths of countless victims of Covid-19 protocols. Protocols for which hospitals receive generous financial payouts from the federal government.Rebecca has created a website, deathbyhospitalprotocol.com, where others can post accounts of what was done to their loved ones by hospitals, and to publicly name and shame the doctors and nurses who they believe were complicit in their deaths. She has also created an app, where "users can share their stories, advocate for change, and demand accountability for the treatment of their loved ones." You can find that app here, and on the App Store (search "DBHP" or "death by hospital protocol.")Danielle's tragedy is not an isolated one. It is horrifying, and perhaps hard to believe, that individuals working in hospitals are quite literally killing patients for money. And yet that is what many many accounts from the past few years are telling us. In Danielle's case at least, the medical records back this up.It is unfortunate that we need to create our own tools and solutions to protect ourselves from these people, but we do. Rebecca's website and app can be very powerful tools in this effort, and I urge everyone to check them out and to help spread the word. You can listen to more in-depth interviews with Rebecca about the details of Danielle's hospitalization here and here.Rebecca's Substack is here.

  • Is Christianity Anti-Woman?

Does God want women to be silent and submissive? Kaeley Triller, author of the Substack,"Honest to Goodness", has a lot to say on the topic. We talk about Kaeley's changing relationship with the church, and with God, about scripture, and about how to discern truth in spiritual matters. We dig at the roots of the battle of the sexes, and ask what happens "when you sideline half of God's army."Kaeley stresses that she is not a Biblical scholar, but points her readers to a few scholars such as Ben Witherington, Craig Keener, N.T. Wright, and Philip Barton Payne, who support her views on what the Bible has to say on the question of sexual egalitarianism.Kaeley's Substack is here. This is one of her recent articles that addresses much of what we talk about in this interview.

  • Making "Safe Blood" Available for Emergencies - with Sierra Hamm

UPDATE: The audio quality in the audio-only version is a little better than in the video, so I am posting that here:

I’ve posted before about efforts to create “safe” blood supplies and networks, for those of us who don’t want to risk being exposed to the mRNA product in the event that we may need a blood transfusion.

The missing piece – until now – has been that none of these networks are able to provide blood in cases of emergency, when it is needed immediately. That is about to change.

In this episode, I speak with fellow Kentuckian, nurse, and founder of WeAreTheControlGroup, Sierra Hamm, about a new project that will create a “safe” blood supply that can be used even in emergencies.

We also speak about forgiveness, and about creating solutions that help everyone, not only those in our “camp”.

For those who want to help make sure that these efforts succeed, Sierra has a call to action: Join one (or more) of the existing safe-blood organizations, listed here, to begin with, and start donating now. Even before the emergency system is in place, the more people who donate blood that is not tainted with the mRNA product, the higher everyone’s chances are of receiving mRNA-free blood should they need a transfusion.

    Here are those organizations:

    Safe Blood

    Blessed by His Blood

    Pure Blood Registry

    Unjected

And Sierra’s project can be found here.

(For those watching the video, you might notice that about 15 minutes into the interview, a baby appears, seemingly out of nowhere. Sierra is an experienced doula and a mother, and making babies appear is just part of her magic.)
