Two years ago I gave up my to-do list because I found myself to be living my life by it and letting it define WHO I AM.
I had become more function than human being.
And I decided things needed to change.
The very best thing you can do for yourself if you’re feeling like you don’t know who you are anymore is come out of the to-dos in your head and go into your body, where you can access the patterning of play that already exists from your childhood.
Through short bursts of daily play, you can learn to follow the sensations of your body on the path back to your true, authentic self.
