Let’s talk about overwhelm. Overwhelm doesn’t just happen to us. It’s an emotion our brain uses to communicate important questions. When we see overwhelm as a sign to stop and talk to our brains about what is causing the overwhelm, we can learn how to leverage it, instead of feeling bogged down by it.
