Today I’m talking about the idea of mental energy. 


What do I mean by that? I mean things like: 


How often do you think about food during the day?


How much stress do you have around what and when you’re eating? 


Do you get anxious when you have a dinner out with friends or your family decides they want pizza last minute? 


That’s what this is all about. Beginning to become aware around how much of your mental energy is going towards food and the implication of that on the rest of your life. 


Especially when you’re trying to lose weight, which most of us seem to be perpetually doing. 


I talk through why this matters for your well being and how you can decide where to invest your mental energy.
