In this episode we delve into the transformative journey following a ketamine treatment. We discuss topics including what to expect the minutes and hours after an infusion, as well as how best to optimize the few hours and days after a treatment. We also discuss common side-effects including nausea, headache, insomnia and how best to mitigate them. Please note, when discussing insomnia, while rare, some people can't sleep the night after an infusion. This in and of itself is not alarming, but if you go multiple days without sleep (which is extremely rare and to date neither of us have seen this from Ketamine), it could be a sign of a manic episode and one should seek medical care immediately.  We also do a mock integration scene so one can get a sense of what goes on during these therapy sessions after an infusion.
