We wanted to share with you our recent attendance to an Economic Forecast for the San Antonio Market presented by Dr. Mark Dotzour.

All in all, it looks good for 2019!

Key points to take away:

1- Interest rates have gone as high as they can go for now.

2- Home affordability is an issue. Housing under $200K is in high demand.

3- Job growth is expected to keep rising as we grow by another 1 million people in the next 10 years

Keep in mind this is NOT set in stone. No one can anticipate unforeseen macro issues.

Which is why you should always buy properties that make sense NOW. Never buy a home that you are "hoping" so appreciate in 6 months so you can make some money.
