There is something that for those of you tuning into this episode, may or may not know about me. I will never forget when on one of my Spiritual adventures in Costa Rica, I was paralysed to a halt when we passed a particular market stall. What caught my eye was a blindingly beautiful purple stone which I later discovered was an Amethyst.

I remember hearing people talk about how they charged their crystals in the moonlight and how transformative they were. At the time I thought it was all mumbo jumbo as I was so new to the spiritual world. Fast forward 8 years and I have truly lost count of not only how many crystals I own but how many times their magical energy has helped shift so much in my life.

Our next guest today, is no stranger to this and is yet another piece of living proof that crystals can completely revolutionise your life when you know how to tap into their power.

We have with us today, Rayan Ezzedinne!

Raised in both the Middle East and Africa, Rayan was born a very curious empath and  sought to work in the humanitarian field in order to to help those around her. Little did she know that she would venture into the whole holistic and energy healing journey and becoming a healer ad well as a light-worker. 

She is now qualified in several Spiritual modalities such as Reiki, Belief Clearing, Oracle and Tarot Card Reading, Chakra healing/balancing, hypnotherapy, sound healing and so much more

Rayan guides her clients on how they can help heal themselves with their minds and basic tools that they can use at home. She also helps guide her clients so that they know how to clear their surroundings from negative energy and  in turn how to keep positive protection around them.

I don't pop off regularly, but when I do, there are usually fireworks LOL.

This week's episode is focused on the nonsensical and damaging way that we as women pick apart each other's bodies so naturally as if it were second nature.

I have spent the majority of my life just like so many women out there, having my body critiqued from top to bottom. Literally as a teenager, I had other young girls tell me either "well done, your ass looks great" , to "wow, you're too skinny".

In my early adulthood, having been attuned to being body obsessed, I started to see my worth through the number on the weighing scale.

Nowadays, I don't really know what a scale is in fact I weighed myself for the first time in over a year just out of curiosity.  When I saw the number I said to myself, "imagine if I had been checking daily like a maniac like I used to? Would I be as happy within my own body as I am now"?

Tune in for more as I dive in to why we need to leave each other completely alone and why talking about another women's body is not only not the kind of commentary that is welcomed but van also more damaging than we intend it to be in the long term.

I have talked to you all here and there about growing a business and showing up as a coach, healer and intuitive online. It really was not easy at all at first!

I expected learning about strategy to be as tricky as it was in the beginning but I was not expecting what proved to be one of my biggest hurdles…imposter syndrome.

I thought that I was just a bit nervous as I had never done the whole online business thing for real, but as I dug a little deeper I discovered that this lack of self belief and self confidence had been leaking itself into other areas of my life without me even realising it. I first thought it was due to just circumstances like the wrong boss, the lack of experience but…with more soul searching I realised I had inherited this chronic feeling of not being good enough. I realised I was carrying not just my confidence wound but many of my ancestors before me in my bloodline.
