We understand the trials and tribulations people go through In this life. Then we must decide If I learned something from my past. Better known as, Bro Will, He is a proud father of children who are grown up now and went on to be successful in their lives. He is a new proud father of his latest bundle of joy, a 7-month-old baby boy named Mahkai.  Bro Will also served in the military during the Gulf War and is a man who says he has been through life's lessons of why being " A man" In today's society it's so important and vital to humanity.

That learning to become one in today's society is a pre-requisite skill males must have to thrive in this world today! He believes that Man is an endangered species! So after losing his brother in 1992 to the violence in the streets of  Portland Oregon,  he was one in million at ( The Million Man March ) in 1995.

He was so inspired by Minister Farrakhan's words that day, that he decided to become more of a community activist to help young and older males, who really desire and long to become men, be just that, by forming; Black Men In Training. A program that he and Bro Nolan run here in the city of Portland to help guide aspiring males to become men and to stop the murder amongst themselves. He says to truly be a man in today's society is extremely challenging!

He also states that black males must stop the disrespect of the female and must earn their respect in society by becoming a provider, maintainers, and protectors. Proving to the world that they are not the dangerous minds projected and shaped by the conjecture of this corporate media. The current hip-hop culture has turned the world against black men, BMIT wants to reverse this travesty.

BMIT has helped hundreds of young men reach their true potential that has gone on in life to become professionals. Such as Dentists with their own practice, personal trainers, preachers, and  Entrepreneurs of all walks such as Chefs with their own restaurants and some downtown here in Portland! The list also includes Massage therapists with their own practice as well as yoga instructors. 

Bro Will himself is a personal trainer, a life coach, a motivational speaker,  a humanitarian, and a professional health advocate for thousands. He is a boxing coach that trains Olympic-styled boxers, and a martial arts enthusiast.  He also fell in love with the church of Scientology, when he was introduced to Diane-tics through the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and says, it is his goal to get every black person in Portland enrolled in Diane-tics! He feels it is the key to unlocking their true potential!

So together with Black Men In Training and Dianetics, the goal is to go from city to city and state to state and heal the Hoods Of America.

Martha Lea VanArsdale Decision to Say yes to Donation-Gift of life. When Martha was asked by the Doctor will she donated her son's heart? My mom said I need to talk to my father. The doctors thought she was talking about Drew R.VanArsdale-my mother Father. But my mother was talking about our Heavenly Father God. The answer came quick yes. If my son can help someone else live a good life. Take want you need to help others. We loss Mama on January 16th, 2012. Monday That year was it was on Dr. Reverend MartinLuther King Holiday. Education and Knowledge are so important.

Celebrating 36 years of Oregon First Heart Transplant Donor Gift of Life 12-4-85 Bobby L.Olive Aka Bobo. Become a Donor.

People are dying every day in Need of a Transplant. Recycle, Sharing The LoveThe Family received The call on 12-4-85 Stating Bobby L.Olive was in Hospital. The family needed to Go to Emanuel Hospital As soon as Possible. The news was Shocking. He was shot in the head. He was Brain Dead. Once the family arrived at the Hospital.

The diagnosis was Grave. The Dr.asked my mother if she would consider Donating her son Heart. Because Bobby was On life Support. Another person was in need of a Heart. My mom said I need to talk to my father. My mom was talking About her Heavenly Father. The answer was Quick.

The answer was yes. My mom said Take whatever can be used to help save someone else Life. So Be It. The only thing she asked was She want to know who received her son Heart. The Dr. Granted her wish. My mom said this is her son now because he Received her son's Heart. My mom was able to Listen to Her son's Heart inside Wesley Merrill Chest.

What a Gift. To Say yes To Donate your Son Heart to help Another person to continue to enjoy Life. Wesley enjoyed Life for 5 additional years. The Rest is History.

Bullies are everywhere. Bullies are also adults in high places. Bullies start bullying as children sometimes and if it is not corrected it will continue throughout a person's lifetime. Our children are dying at a very early age due to others' unacceptable behavior towards them. Talk to your children if you see changes in their personality find out what, why, and how can they be healed from the Trauma. The Bullies also need help seeking out therapy counseling or someone they can talk to about why they are bullying other people. The sooner we realize the problems that bullying causes and correct the behavior we will have a more peaceful and loving society. Everyone must do their part to help stop bullying.

Hot topic-A ten-year-old girl from Utah committed suicide because she was being bullied at the school she was attending. The bullying was reported but it continued until she could not take it anymore.
