A quick update on what's been going on with me then going through a lot of illness with my lupus and joints and hopefully and praying that I'll be able to get these topics out to you guys as soon as possible because I have not been able to talk as much as I want to and that's why I limited to like 5 minutes and 20 seconds because I wanted to make sure that I had my voice so when I do store recording them and talking about these topics that's been affecting me I can actually be able to do it with no problem and I think you all again for being patient with me and I really appreciate it I am so grateful for all of my subscribers and listeners namaste...
