Tensions are increasing between Venezuela and the United States after the US targeted an alleged drug boat killing 11 people in international waters. 

Venezuela now says it's flexing its own military muscle,  claiming to have deployed thousands of troops to "battlefront" locations. 

So is it a real build-up and escalation, or is it all talk?
