Buffalo Trace Distillery announced the launch of Sazerac Rye Whiskey Full Proof, a permanent addition to its portfolio, bottled at 125 proof (62.5% ABV) to intensify its signature spicy, peppery notes for a richer sipping experience. Made possible by a recent distillery expansion, this bold release became available in late 2025 with a suggested retail price of around $40, offering a more robust, full-bodied version of the classic rye for enthusiasts.
