While we're late for "Single Shaming Day" we couldn't pass up the opportunity to discuss Josh Ruben, Michael Kennedy, Christopher Landon, and Phillip Murphy's deliriously enjoyable genre mash-up of saccharine romantic comedies and sanguine slashers. For Black History Month it seems right to pay tribute to one of the trailblazers of Black Horror by saluting the great Duane Jones and the film in which his casting completely changed the way a low budget grindhouse horror film was perceived in the history of horror for decades to come. It's George A. Romero's Classic "Night of the Living Dead."
