Former Lieutenant Governor and MTA Chairman Richard Ravitch joined Errol Louis to weigh in on New York’s fiscal crisis and the rise in New Yorkers leaving the five boroughs. He discussed what actions the city should be taking and had some advice for the incoming Biden administration to help struggling states. And he talked about his experience as MTA chairman and the crisis the agency is facing due to the pandemic.

He also discussed the race for mayor and shared his thoughts on current field of candidates.
