What's On Draft?

In this episode we're paying tribute to Sean Connery by considering the best that the Q Branch has to offer. Each of us takes a collection of five gadgets from across the Bond franchise to see which spy would be the most prepared to handle whatever SPECTRE has to throw at them. Tonight, the window for casting a vote for the U.S. president will end, and while we wait for the long and needlessly complicated process to tabulate all the results, we were thinking - how much better off would be if we could pluck our leaders off of the silver screen? In this Election Day special, we're taking a fictional characters to be the president and then drafting their cabinet for them. Come for our predictions on the 2020 election, stay for a debate over whether Snowball from Animal Farm would be constitutionally eligible to serve as acting president in the even everyone above him in the line of succession was incapacitated.

We've got an extra spooky extra episode for you this week! Maybe the three most unqualified hosts for talking horror films draft our own horror scenarios, taking a setting, villain, booby trap, and supernatural phenomenon to build a dastardly plot for anyone to face. We round things out by drafting a hero to face down the other two scenarios. Which hero would survive the longest? Would any hero make it through unscathed?
