To anyone who is lonely, sad, suffering the loss of a loved one, hurt, going through a bad day, or to anyone who is going through a hard time, this episode is for you. I myself have fit or have fit most of those categories at one point or another. In fact, I was going through a bad day when I recorded this. In this episode, there are 5 things to help anyone who fits, has fit, or will meet the criteria listed above.
