Our last Eps for this series - Coming out of lockdown
With a special guest... Stuart Rayner
In today's topic we delve into the world of social media. The good, and the bad effects it has on us as individuals and our mental health. Drawing on our own experiences with social media and those on a bigger platform. We hope you enjoy.
The odd bad night's sleep can make you feel tired and irritable the next day, but it won't harm your health. However, regular poor-quality sleep can have a huge effect on your health, putting you at risk of developing serious medical conditions and can affect your body, thoughts, emotions and behaviour. Today we talk about our own experiences with sleep and tips for a better nights sleep.
When you lose someone or something dear to you, it's natural to feel pain and grief. The grief process is normal, and most people go through it. But when grief takes over your life and you begin to feel hopeless, helpless, and worthless, then it's time to talk. The Rayner family explore tips and exercises to better manage grief.
Although these social distancing measures are important and needed in a time such as now, our bodies and minds still need physical activity and the many benefits exercise has on our wellbeing. We look at alternative ways to exercise during lockdown.
