Continuing our special mini-series on the Invasion era of the early 2000's, Nick and Matt do a watchalong of the InVasion PPV main event alongside Jon and Bacon.

"The main event was the "Inaugural Brawl", a no disqualification ten-man tag team match between Booker T, Diamond Dallas Page, The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray Dudley and D-Von Dudley) and Rhyno (Team WCW/ECW), and Stone Cold Steve Austin, Kurt Angle, The Undertaker, Kane and Chris Jericho (Team WWF). WCW Owner Shane McMahon, ECW Owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, ECW General Manager Paul Heyman, and WWF Owner Vince McMahon were at ringside."

This is it. The moment wrestling fans never though possible. WCW wrestlers main eventing the flagship program of the WWF....in Tacoma, Washington. We hit a MAJOR stumbling block on the Road to Invasion as we go over the July 2nd and July 5th episodes of Raw and Smackdown in 2001, we couldn't do this alone. No. We needed a guide to bring us on this trip to traverse the hot shot crash TV programming of this week, we needed..."No Gimmicks Needed" "EWR Promoter of the Year" "PVP President" "Sexy Jesus" Justin "Hammer" Tunis. Join us this week, as it's our last week of WWF having WWF matches on WWF television before we get EXTREME INTERPROMOTIONAL WARFARE!!!

We made it! The 20th anniversary of one of the most controversial angles in wrestling history begins this week. We cover what happened at King of the Ring 2001, and what occurs on the "Raw After WrestleMania"-esque Monday Night Raw on June 25th 2001, which emanates from the hallowed halls of the World's Most Famous Arena. Madison Square Garden. For over 35 years, other than the WWF, no other wrestling superstars stepped foot in those sacred grounds. That all changes this week. And on Smackdown, a special Matriarch returns to cut the promo of her life.

Happy Fathers Day! For the boys we decide to celebrate Father's Day the only way we know how...finding out exactly WHO is the current father of Dominik Mysterio. That's right. There's a theory online about lineal championships, and what if The Custody of Dominik Mysterio was a championship that Rey Mysterio won, but he also had to defend.

Nick takes Matt, Bacon and Jon on a journey from Summerslam 2005 through vipers, tribal chiefs, invisible men, the dead AND the undead...traveling all over the globe as we make our way to present day to figure out..exactly who...is Dominik Mysterio's Father.

This is an EXTREMELY fun time.
