For many us, the battle with Imposter's Syndrome is REAL. Despite knowing that we are qualified, that we have what it takes, that we are INDEED good enough... something in else tells us we aren't. This vicious cycle of going back and forth and constantly doubting yourself, can ultimately be very damaging to one's sense of agency and power. The around-the-clock internal struggle between achieving success and being afraid of being “found out" can be almost paralyzing. Stopping you in your tracks. Stopping you in your journey to growth, to success, to feeling liberated. And for Black women especially, the intersectionality of race and sex both bring about unique challenges in how we navigate through these muddy waters. Sis, let's talk about it.
