Stu Watts chats with IconicBeats, who is a Producer, and Mix and Mastering Engineer from Melbourne. His journey began at the age of 13, when he begged his parents for a DJ Controller for his birthday. Soon after he gained confidence DJing, he then set out to start freelancing. When he was 18, he was accepted into the Australian College of the Arts (Collarts) and graduated 2 years later with a Bachelor's In Audio Engineering. Once completing his degree, he became a freelance Music Producer & Sound Engineer.

He has since had the opportunity to work with some of the best artists in Melbourne: Rini, Agung Mango, Soli, ZUHAIR, Olivia Escuyos, NOMAD, and George Myer, among many others.

Stu Watts chats with Bonnie Knight, who is a sound engineer and producer with a depth of experience across all aspects of sound. Having honed their skills as a live engineer through expansive touring across the world, they've found a home in the studio, recording and producing tracks for beloved bands and rising stars.  A background in sound design has given Bonnie a passion for unique sounds that allows them to challenge pop conventions and work across genres.

Channeling their live sound experience with acts such as Mallrat, Amyl and the Sniffers and Sampa the Great has given Bonnie a unique perspective, letting their creativity roam as they work closely with artists in the studio.  Bonnie has most recently engineered Amyl and the Sniffers acclaimed album "Comfort To Me" and produced songs for artists Willing, Ali Jef and Punko.

This year sees Bonnie taking full command of the producer's chair, working with artists across the country and cementing themself as a sought after creative force in the studio.

Stu Watts chats with Sirpreme, born in Queensland, he relocated to Melbourne as a DJ, and has since ventured into production, mainly focusing on lofi hip-hop inspired by the classic sounds of DJ Premier and Statik Selektah. After the success of his 2021 release Soulstice, which featured the likes of Buddy Ryan, KJDSOUL, Duka, HENNESSY, Dope Diana, & J. Alston, Sirpreme once again teamed up with Duka for an upcoming collaborative project that’s set to further link Melbourne and Atlanta’s music scenes.

Stu Watts chats with Darius Papak, who is a Melbourne based songwriter, producer and engineer. Writing and recording since the age of 10, Darius’ life has revolved around music. He released several records with his bands Waverley and 1891 throughout his 20’s and added to this passion when he began mixing and producing other artists later in his career.

Darius works out of a few Melbourne studios and mainly his business Mix On The Move. A self powered, mobile production studio he built into the back of his van. Sometimes you’re not quite ready to go to the studio, but that doesn’t mean the studio can’t come to you. Currently releasing music through his band Dilly, he understands the importance of letting your story and message shine through on every release he is a part of.

Stu Watts chats with Jackson McRae, who has established himself as a Melbourne based musician, producer, musical director and songwriter. Best known for his work in the live scene, McRae can be seen performing live with artists such as Allday, Japanese Wallpaper, Eves Karydas, Nicole Millar, D’Arcy Spiller and has even shared stages with the likes of Elton John and Robbie Williams.

When not touring the globe McRae works as a producer, songwriter and session musician from his studio in Fitzroy Melbourne. Known for his pop sensibilities and ability to pick up most instruments and make a pleasing sound, McRae’s studio credits include albums such as Drinking With My Smoking Friends by Allday (2021), Hello My Beautiful World by HOLY HOLY (2021), Glow by Japanese Wallpaper (2019) and singles such as Stuck In a Bubble by George Alice (2020), Sure by Montgomery (2019), Heavenly by LASHES (2021) and many more.

McRae has also worked in jingle writing for TV and film, being involved in campaigns for McDonalds, Adidas and AUDI in the Japan market.
